Privacy Policy

This page explains what information M&B Softwash ("we" or "us") collects through mandbsoftwash.com and while we work with you, how we use it, and who we share it with. M&B Softwash is a local exterior cleaning business in Oak Ridge, NC. If you have questions, call or text 336-850-1173 or email mandbsoftwash@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Quote form. Your first and last name, email, phone number, service address (street, unit, city, state, ZIP), the services you pick, and anything you type in the "Other" box. If you check the box to get texts, we also save that you agreed, when you agreed, and the wording you saw.
- Photos. If you use the "add photos" link, you send them through a form hosted by Jobber, our customer management software.
- Scheduling page. Your quote number, the last 4 digits of your phone number (only to confirm the quote is yours), and the time you pick. We briefly use your IP address to limit repeated wrong tries. Those failed-try counts are cleared after an hour.
- Our work with you. Your quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, and notes about the service, plus the texts, calls, and emails you exchange with us.
- Public property information. To estimate a price, we look up public information about the service address, such as county property records (for example, number of stories, year built, and square footage), public maps and aerial photos, and public building-outline data.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote and follow up with you about it.
- To schedule and do the work, and to send confirmations, reminders, and invoices.
- To text you about your quote and appointments, if you agreed to texts.
- We may occasionally send promotional texts to customers who've agreed to receive them.
- After a job is finished, we may send one email asking you to review us on Google.
- To answer your questions and keep records of the work we've done.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Jobber keeps our customer records, quotes, schedule, and invoices, and sends some of our texts and emails.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the scheduling page and stores records of quote requests, text consent, and scheduling links.
- Online payments. If you pay an invoice online, the payment is handled by Jobber and its payment processor. Card details are entered on Jobber's payment page, not on our website, and we don't see or store full card numbers.
- Resend delivers the emails we send from mandbsoftwash.com addresses.
- Google provides our business email. We also use Google's tools to manage our own Google Business Profile listing and reply to reviews. Reviews you post on Google are public and covered by Google's own policies.
- Public map and records services. To look up your property, we send only the service address (not your name, email, or phone) to OpenStreetMap, the U.S. Census Bureau's address lookup, NC OneMap, and the county property tax record system.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use analytics, ad trackers, or cookies of its own. The scheduling page saves a short-lived note in your browser (about 30 minutes) so you don't have to re-enter your phone digits if the page reloads. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to get them. Cloudflare handles basic technical data, like your IP address, to deliver the site.
Texts
If you agreed to texts, we text you about your quote and appointments (scheduling links, confirmations, and reminders). We may also occasionally send promotional texts to customers who've agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to opt out anytime, or just tell us. Opting out of promotional texts won't affect service texts about your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
Seeing, fixing, or deleting your information
To see the information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, call or text 336-850-1173 or email mandbsoftwash@gmail.com. We may need to confirm it's you before we make changes. If you'd rather not get a review request email, tell us and we won't send one.
Children
Our services are for homeowners and businesses. This site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
